The role

The Finance Business Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the organisation’s financial management, providing strong financial planning, in-depth analysis, and meaningful reporting to guide strategic decisions. In this role, you will assist senior leadership with budget creation, forecasting, and performance evaluations, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently to enhance the organisation’s overall impact.

The role’s accountabilities will focus on financial planning and analysis, process evaluation and improvement, as well as leading, mentoring and developing the team.


Key facts

-                  This is a full time, permanent contract

-                  Starting salary range of £58,000 - £60,000 p.a.

-                  Hybrid working pattern – home-based combined with at least 4 times a month in beautiful HQ offices in Buckinghamshire


The ideal candidate

This role will suit you perfectly if you:

  • Are fully qualified with a recognized accounting certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Have financial planning and analysis expertise
  • Have experience in a managerial role
  • Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation.

Skills required:

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, spot trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, financial modelling expertise, and familiarity with financial management software
  • Ability to produce detailed financial reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
