Our client is looking for a proactive and visionary Web Platforms Product Owner to lead the strategic planning and delivery of their web-based customer engagement platform.

Key details:· Full time, permanent contract
· Hybrid working pattern – home-based combined with at least 4 times a month in beautiful HQ offices in Buckinghamshire
· Salary of up to ca £52,000 per annum
The roleIn this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with other teams and key stakeholders across the organisation to shape and execute a roadmap that aligns with our client’s vision. Your mission will be to ensure our web platforms deliver outstanding functionality and a seamless customer experience, supporting current needs while driving continuous improvements.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Research, plan, and deliver a strategic roadmap to enhance online customer engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external development teams using Agile/Sprint methodologies to design and implement new solutions.
- Identify customer pain points, write and prioritise user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria for testing.
- Build expert knowledge of our client’s web CMS platforms, supporting content creation, analytics, and optimal publishing processes.
- Provide training on CMS platforms, SEO best practices, and ad-hoc support for content teams.
- Ensure the technologies align with evolving business needs and support management reporting.
The ideal candidateThis Web Platform Product Owner role will suit you perfectly if you have experience with:
· Web platform related SDLC
· Hands-on website CMS and CRM platforms
· Business Analysis
· Google Analytics and web platform monitoring tools
· Applied Agile delivery principles
· Delivery of UX and UI improvements
Additionally, candidates need to have:
· A degree, or demonstrable career history and experience working in Technology (web platform) delivery management or Digital Marketing Technology field
· Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
