Membership Product Manager

The role

We are looking for an experienced membership professional to step into the role of Product Manager at a well-established membership organisation. In this key position, you will oversee the development and management of membership products and services, ensuring alignment with the client’s strategic goals and industry standards.


With deep expertise in membership designations and propositions, and a strong understanding of target audiences, you will lead a team of product specialists to drive the success of the membership portfolio. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products add value, boost member engagement, and meet regulatory requirements.

Key facts

Salary: ca £65,000 - £75,000
Full-time, permanent role
Location: hybrid, with c. 2 days per week in London office

Experience of working in a membership organisation
Experience of developing membership designations and propositions
Experience of product development and management of product lifecycle
Experience of developing and implementing product strategy
Strong team management experience
Experience of managing multiple projects
Budget management experience
